At least two specially trained coders will review your claims before they are submitted. Should an appeal be needed we will file one as soon as legally possible. Our coders contact providers daily to ensure claims are submitted with all required information and supporting documentation thus precluding any unjustifiable delays by payers.

We will relentlessly pursue your reimbursement to either beat or at least meet our longstanding and successful industry record of 90% collection within 90 days of submission and 85% within 60 days of submission!

As such, you can view us as a direct extension of your practice.  Our AAPC certified coders are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week to answer any questions that may arise.
